Terms & Conditions – Solartech Renewable Solutions Ltd.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and deliveries made by Solartech Renewable Solutions Ltd.
  • By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Deposits

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and/or deposit.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total order value may be required to secure stock.
  • Solartech reserves the right to cancel any order if the required deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in NGN unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment must be made prior to delivery or collection, unless credit terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may attract interest charges at 3% per month.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Solartech does not provide direct delivery services; any delivery facilitated through Solartech is managed by a third-party provider.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery or collection.
  • Buyers opting for collection must do so within three (3) weeks of purchase; thereafter, storage fees may apply.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are granted only for defective products, subject to inspection and approval.
  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-defective goods are not eligible for refund unless expressly agreed in writing, and may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–25%, depending on prevailing market conditions.

6. Warranty

  • Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms available on their respective websites.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the applicable warranty period.
  • Solartech shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Liability

  • Solartech’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods.
  • Solartech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.

8. Force Majeure

  • Solartech shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or shipping disruptions.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
